Beautiful clean residence with plenty of room and essential for beach and kitchen and had laundry and bath need’s plenty of towels. Perfect, clean, comfortable little condo in the best location! Easy walk to the beach, and to my daughter’s delight, Kookaburra coffee haha. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next summer! Very cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for our little family get away. Super close walking distance to the beach which was Fabulous! Also close to shopping and dining we found out as well. This was the perfect place by the sea! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed to make whatever we wanted. The beach toys were handy and the place was so perfectly decorated. The space was a lot bigger then I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Easy driving access to everything in St Augustine from this location also. Great location to beach, local attractions and St Augustine. The apartment was very spacious, clean, up to date and had everything that we needed. Thank You !!!
