Come home to this charming and elegant second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in the beautifully landscaped and gated community of Fern Court @ Richmond Estate in Priory, St. Ann. This well-appointed apartment has captivating views of the mountains and the Caribbean Sea. The spacious primary bedroom has a king size bed with ample closet storage and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with ample closet storage and the bathroom (shower/tub) in the hallway.

Spacious open floor plan dining room and living room area with 12-foot ceiling leading out to lovely patio. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the dining/living room area.

The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with well manicured grassy areas for relaxing and gazebos for hanging out with friends. Take a relaxing swim in our infinity swimmng pool or a quick drive to the nearby beach.  Richmond Estates boasts a full-service Company Store which includes a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Deli.  (Grocery shopping services can be provided at an additional charge).

Enjoy a quiet and relaxing neighborhood only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Montego Bay, Sangster International Airport and approximately 2 hours from the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.
