St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church

Excelente, me volvería a quedar

Truly wonderful stay. Can’t say enough great things!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over 40 years. The hotel is due for a refurbishment. It is my understanding that this will start in under 2 years. There may be a pool again some day. The bathrooms need fitting up but the older fixtures still work fine but the shower could use a little more pressure. The major disappointment this visit was with the breakfast service and the uneven application of the breakfast included rate for the room. In the past the buffet breakfast was something to write home about and one of the reasons we selected that rate. The buffet breakfast was discontinued about 6 months ago and not mentioned in the hotels website. Breakfast is now a la carte but the menu is very good. Day one we were told with our meal vouchers we could order anything on the menu and we did. Day 2 we had 3 guests and the bill came to $182 plus our 2 vouchers, the extras such as yogurt and fruit etc. that we ordered with the vouchers were charged separately on the bill. Being with guests we accepted what we thought was a mistake rather than going over every item on the bill. On day 3 we were told our vouchers only applied to the items on the left side of the menu and what we were ordering on the right side was extra. After explaining our conversation on day 1, and I believe they checked, they relented and allowed us to order yogurt, fruit and danishes from the right side. Also day 2 we had no towels after the room was made. I also don't like paying for $40 a night to park.
