Located in an established residential area of St Andrews, close to the Lade Braes it is a 10-minute drive, or a 25-minute walk, from the amenities of the historic town centre. Offering the perfect combination of space and peaceful surroundings the property is a welcoming retreat for those looking for a relaxing break. A private driveway gives parking for up to two cars and additional unrestricted on-street parking is available directly in front of the property. The entrance vestibule opens on to a central hallway, giving access to the living and dining space, and a separate newly fitted kitchen, with modern appliances. Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional fridge-freezer. Upstairs, the house has five bedrooms over two floors. It was even better than expected! There are two completely separate sides of the house with their own staircases and each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, so it’s perfect for sharing.
