LOCATION!! Couldn’t get any better. Footsteps to St Andrews Cathedral ruins. South has everything: morning coffee cafe-Zest lovely, affordable, Italian bistro right next door-Zizi two blocks from my favorite Scottish shoe store: Robertson’s. Also very important, a wonderful, hot shower after completing 22,000 steps is most welcome I spent 10 days at Priorsgate, Dove apartment. Beds are lumpy and a bit hard. Pillows are awful. The Dove apartment was perfect ground floor and easy access for suitcases and clubs. I was concerned about parking, but we managed to get a spot each evening. The appartment was clean and comfortable and an easy walk into the town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A couple of things to maybe consider: Washing machine detergent - 2 were not enough when travelling and needing to catch up on laundry - maybe 1 per day.
