The property has recently been refurbished and totally redecorated with new flooring throughout. New bathroom suite with electric shower and bath. There is a well fitted kitchen with every appliance having been replaced recently. This is a very comfortable holiday home, located in a quiet residential area just 10 minutes walk from the town centre of St Andrews. The hotel quality beds are brand new zip and link beds and can be available as singles or superking doubles or any combination with comfortable mattress toppers, these beds are very supportive and comfortable with quality toppers and Egyptian cotton sheets from Next. The 2 double bedrooms are upstairs and sleep 4 people comfortably! There is a very nice garden area with a table and chairs for breakfasting and also a garden bench which gets the evening sun! The property is located around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and has a Marks and Spencer's just along the road as well. Broadband is provided, gas central heating, TV and DVD player and also a digital bluetooth radio, iron/board and hairdryer. Alan’s rental home is quite lovely, in a very quiet neighborhood just down the street from a large grocery store and bus stop. Very clean with many appreciated supplies (kitchen well stocked and even adaptors for charging devices). Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s convenient to food market and bus station. The walk to town center is 20-30 min, and we chose walking every time because it’s such a pretty walk with many options to town through lovely neighborhoods. We took advantage of the washing machine and clothesline (there is not a clothes dryer, though we were able to also use a drying rack indoors when there was misty weather). Alan was always so helpful and prompt in all correspondence. We were sad to leave and would be very happy to return! A very pleasant stay! ##### Allison P. There was a problem with a (outside) burst pipe when we arrived but it didn’t spoil our stay and Alan kept us updated on the situation. The house is situated in a nice quiet road but close to all amenities, it’s not far from Morrisons supermarket, with the local bus stop just outside and only 20 minutes walk into the town (be aware, the hill is quite steep coming back😮‍💨) The property itself is clean and comfortable especially the super king size bed! It would be ideal for four golfer as the beds split into singles If you’re arriving late take tea or Coffee with you cos the starter pack isn’t that good. It’s about a mile walk to Saint Andrews and is a very easy walk. Very quiet neighborhood and it was great to have a little private back yard. Home was very clean, new furniture in the living room. Also if you’re traveling with kids the second bedroom with twin beds is perfect. Would definitely stay here again with my family and also come back and stay for a golf trip. ##### Greg G. The only point we found a bit unpleasant was to find the kitchen cabinets and cocking pots not properly cleaned, there was even a roasting pan stored in the oven that hadn't been washed at all, the rest of the house was spotless. ##### Pablo Z.
