Beautifully appointed and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 WC apartment with outdoor space in the heart of St Andrews, just 5 mins walk to the Old Course. The property is a B listed Georgian ground floor corner terraced apartment in a fashionable town centre location which was designed by George Rae in 1847 as part of a four-house block for gentlemen golfers. Parking is free on the adjacent Hope Street. The property is entirely set on the ground floor has it's own front door entrance. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - 3 double bedrooms with storage and desks. 1 of these is ensuite and perfect for guests with mobility requirements. Large family bathroom and 1 additional WC. The default bed configuration is 3x kings but the options available are 2x kings and 2x singles or 1x king and 4x singles. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with large dining table leading on the large and comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player. All contain original wooden flooring. Patio area to the rear from the kitchen allows you to enjoy the BBQ if the weather allows. The patio area leads on the the utility outhouse which contains a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage for golf clubs.

Wonderful place!

Totally updated, with remaining charm and elegance of a Victorian apartment house. Location made access to restaurants and shops immediate. Also made our way to the Courses via foot and also taxi, both with ease. The Pub across the street is well frequented by college kids, but we enjoyed some late night drinks and TV sports watching.
