Environmental choice with SOLAR PANELS on roof covers the homes power requirements. Walking distance to downtown. Soaker tub and a handicap shower. Handicap stove and extra wide doorways. There are a few steps up to the entrance. Stone and hardwood flooring. Whether you are visiting for business, family or vacation, this separate unit is the very best option for enjoyment and peace of mind. Apartment size washer and dryer, handy for longer stays. We operate a whale watching business in St. Andrews (Jolly Breeze) and are offering the Granny Suite attached to side of our home for rent. The unit has a kitchenette, soaker tub and a stand up shower, wireless internet and TV. One bedroom with a queen size bed (Made in Canada Douglas foam mattress and pine bed, natural bamboo protector. There is a couch/futon queen size in the livingroom. Located 1/2 mile to downtown Water street and close to the Algonquin Hotel. Private driveway and entrance.
