A tastefully decorated, hidden gem perched along Gillespie Wynd, Steprock Cottage could not be more perfectly positioned. Nestled on the pedestrian path connecting The Scores and North Street, Steprock is peacefully set back from the throughfare, amongst its walled boundaries. The Old Course is just a short 2 minute walk away, with all of St Andrews' popular restaurants, cafés and shops just 200m away. The front, paved garden is equipped with a table and chairs to allow guests to make the most of the St Andrews summer sun. Entering through the vestibule, the ground floor consists of a super king or twin bedroom, as well as the master bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle and separate bath tub. Just along the hall, the property opens in to a bright, open plan living room, kitchen, and diner. The cosy living area boasts patio doors leading to the front garden; a gas fire for chilly winter evening; and a piano, because why not?! The modern yet country-home style kitchen is spacious and bright, with an built in, bench style dining table nestled in the corner. The first floor encompasses a master king bedroom with an en-suite shower room, as well as the third, twin bedroom.
