Parking is free at the side of the road in front of the property. A set of stairs in the front garden leads to the front door. Upon entering the property, the layout is as follows: Ground floor: Vestibule (ideal for golf storage), Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom with toilet and shower. 1st floor: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a second bathroom with electric shower over bathtub and toilet. The double bed in bedroom 2 can be set up as twin singles upon request. 2nd floor: Fourth bedroom with double bed that can be configured as twin singles upon request and with a closet toilet and sink.
