This charming property offers three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious lounge perfect for relaxation, and a bathroom with bath and overhead shower for your convenience. Enjoy the beautifully maintained communal garden grounds, ideal for some outdoor time. Located in St Andrews with great public transport links, this property is located next to Morrisons Supermarket and is a 5 minute walk into the town centre where guests can experience tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, West Sands Beach and the world famous Old Course Hotel and Golf Course.
