The property is large and plenty of room for us to stay with our 2 grown up children and there partners, without falling over each other. The location is perfect for anything in st andrews. Our only issue was 5 seats in the conservatory and 5 seats in the sitting room. Only place we could all sit together was the kitchen. While we thought it would be okay, after spending one night in the property it was so bad we had to leave the next day. The property description says it's a non-smoking unit and that is FALSE advertising. I would also not describe this as "beautifully kept" - the furnishings, bedding, curtains, carpet are ancient.
