With private parking and a serene rural setting, it feels like a true escape while remaining close to St Andrews, the East Coast, and local amenities in Balmullo. The house accommodates up to ten guests. The open-plan living space, centred around a wood-burning stove, maximises natural light with corner windows and careful glazing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for group stays and features an expandable dining table for up to ten guests. A boot room and utility area add practicality. Sleeping arrangements include two super-king rooms, one king room, and a bunk room with a double, single above, and trundle below - ideal for children.
