Located on the outskirts of the lively village of St Agnes, The Parlour is a barn conversion that has been renovated to the highest standards, preserving its exposed brick and stone elements. Situated just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Cornwall, it stands as an ideal holiday destination. Featuring a coastal-themed interior, this ground-floor holiday home offers a bright and roomy ambience. The open-plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Additionally, it includes an island unit containing a breakfast bar and extra seating alternatives. The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to four guests, making this open-plan space ideal for memorable family meals. Adjacent is the cosy sitting room, with inviting sofas, a Smart television with a DVD player and soundbar, completed with a wood-burning stove for added warmth and comfort. The Parlour comprises two bedrooms, both featuring doors that open up to the patio space. The first bedroom showcases a king-size bed and an attached en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom provides twin single beds and a Smart television with access to the family bathroom, complete with a bathtub and a separate shower.
