After check-in a cleaning service and electrician showed up. The kitchen is beautiful and big but if you intend to cook, there are just a few utensils and dishes, no supplies for cleaning dishes. the shower wasn’t working well and could be more clean. The location was great and the staff friendly. for a group of 6 we needed to ask several times for a second key. The communication before the stay could be more responsive . it has great potential, but a better customer oriented service and sup lies would make it to 4

Great stay at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the location is excellent—close to Old Town and many attractions. The indoor swimming pool was nice and a great place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Warsaw!
