The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is a great hotel. This was my third stay and it was just at as enjoyable as the first two. Mr Rakibul at the front desk is a very professional and helpful man, as are all the staff I had interactions with. Their command of the English language is amazing and so I never had to repeat anything. Rooms and spotlessly clean, no bad smells, and well equipped. The location is perfect also. The beds are so comfortable I missed dinner on two nights, and slept right through.

Keep up the good work.

I strongly recommend this hotel. It is a new hotel and the people working there are amazing. Especially Debraj and the manager Akin. I felt at home surrounded by wonderful people working there who are willing to help you in getting around, finding a car for you and more. I am leaving behind friends. Try the hotel and you will be best serve. I will miss everybody there for sure.

They always served with a smile and did their very best to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Their polite and caring attitude truly made a positive impression on me. The room service, cleanliness, food, and breakfast were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Nafiz, Mr. Kamal, Mr. Hasib, Mr....
