First of I couldn’t connect to the wifi for some reason after so many tries then I tried to turn on the tv remote isn’t working and tv was on hdmi 2 then around the window and ac conditioner was all dirt never thought I’d except Travelodge like this as it isn’t my first time booking but the is the first time I booked at this location discusted and would never come back here ever again

Friendly helpful staff. Room is basic but has everything you need for a short stay. Would stay there again.
Travelled with family. We thought it was one room but we were lodged in a two room accommodation that worked very well for us. Breakfast was good. Mary at the front desk was affable. I use hotel on regular basis, almost forgotten that hotels with daily housekeeping like this one still exist. Will stay here again. .
The lady at che k in at a out 6 was the .ost helpful and pleasant i have ever had. She went the extra mile.

The occupant of the room next to ours was noisy and disruptive most of the night and into the morning even with complaint. RCMP were called in morning to remove occupant from the room which resulted in a lot of chaos and disruption. Terrible night sleep and experience!

We are deeply apologetic for the commotion during the night of your stay. Another guest with mental health issues had created the disruption. This was addressed as soon as the authorities could come. We too, were frustrated and upset with this rare occurrence. We sincerely hope you have a better stay next time your are in the area.
I freeze all night the heather wasn’t working

And it was refuse like it’s acceptable that the customer freeze booooo to the manager:(

We are sorry that your experience was not a good one. After you checked, front desk had seen you pass by multiple times and no issues were mentioned. Maintenance checked the heating unit and found it unplugged and working properly. This could have been quickly addressed after you had checked into your room well before you went to bed that evening. Bathroom gurgled every time flush toilet ,,,, pending how may people on the 4th floor had a sewage smell in bath room from tub

Sorry you had this issue with the tub. However, two maintenance people did attend to the issue. They did not find anything trapped from snaking the line, nor any smell. Thank you for your feedback in order to address any problems.
Wasn’t sure what to expect. I needed a pet friendly room. One option had no elevator and I have been stuck on up floors before without elevator and my one dog does not do well with stairs ( he’s a senior) . So I also wanted an elevator in case main floor availability was not an option. So I chose the Travelodge. Very happy with my choice . Didn’t take an opportunity to try the breakfast so can’t comment on that but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again .

I’ve stayed here before in a room on the side of railway which woke me up in the night. This time I stayed the other side which was much quieter. Friendly staff. Good breakfast but no decaf coffee.
The continental breakfast has an amazing spread, hot and cold. The room was clean. Staff were pleasant.
Unfortunately, a room on the floor above us had a hooker with Jon’s coming and going all night.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Upon checking the room records, the room above you was not occupied during your stay. We do have 24/7 camera survellience inside and outside the hotel, which indicated no extra people traffic you mentioned. We do hope you will choose us again for your future stay.
Sorry to hear your stay was not to satisfaction. However, it may have been you mixed up your stay with another Travelodge. According to the front desk agent who served you, she indicated you were coming back to staying with us again due to a bad experience at a different Travelodge. We do hope service you again!
Close to everything, most you could walk to.
