"From the moment we arrived there were some fairly significant issues with the property. Particularly given it being described in the listing as a “luxury” property with a large kitchen, heated pool that could sleep 13 people.When we arrived, the front door key pad would not activate and took several people many turns before it would activate and allow us to enter the code and enter the home. "It took a really really long time (almost 1 day) to heat up the house from 16 deg C to 24 deg C. It was so cold that we all wore winter jacket in the house. There were no blinds in the bathroom. It will be great to have blinds so that we don't need to worry about anything during the shower. But the house is spacious and the location is great. "
