We were 6 adults and we weren't on top of one another. The development in which the home is located is safe and quiet. I was out for a walk every day and found the area quite pleasant.The only super-duper minor issues we experienced was the coffee grinder doesn't work / is broken and the beds were a tad soft for our liking but that was it.
