Work trip

Host were very nice and communicated well. They helped us out with check in. The little touches in the kitchen from coffee and snacks just made the trip that much better. Will stay here every chance we get when coming back.

Great for a full week stay

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the two of us. Safe and quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, Walgreens and Walmart. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Springerville

My small family and I had a wonderful stay at a small, but well maintained home in Springerville. The home was clean and there was plenty of room for the three of us. The owner was easily available to contact through the VRBO chat and responded quickly. She was very understanding when we had to stay passed the check out time. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quaint little home with lots of love.

I was a little taken back in time. The yard could use some grass and weeds pulled. It’s just right for the two of us. I would recommend. It was nicely cleaned and the bed was comfy. Note to owner the tub didn’t drain properly.

Convenient, small place with full kitchen

We enjoyed our stay here and I recommend this for groups our size or smaller (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). The kitchen was nicely equipped for a small family. Lots of small items are included - toiletries, soap, etc. - which was thoughtful and convenient. The host was responsive to questions within the app. They have put some attention into making this property nice. We would stay here again. Notes for future renters: The train in the area is loud, including at night, so might not be good for light sleepers. The listing says 2 bedrooms; it is 2 beds in 1 room, separated from the kitchen by a doorway but no door. Property is partially fenced (good to know if bringing pets, which we considered but passed on). We were fine with all this, but I also could see how some people would want to know upfront.

Small, quaint and convenient

Small, quaint and convenient. For two night it was fine. This place could be nicer with a little more TLC. Floors were dirty and gritty. They looked clean but my feet were gritty when walking on it. Prob because there is no door seal on bottom of front door to keep the bugs and dirt out. The bathroom was small and fine but the shower curtain is dirty and orange on bottom. Could buy one at smiths for cheep for better up keep. The drain to the bathroom sink was a slow one. A little drainno could remedy. Mirrors! You need more mirrors. One over the little shelf in hall to bath and one over the desk. Would have been easer to get ready. The bed was ok. A few more throw rugs would be nice. And wash the one in the bathroom. Kitchen was great. No dishwasher but not a biggie to us. All else was fine. The neighborhood is old but quaint and quiet. Never felt unsafe. Would we stay here again? Maybe , if it was cleaner as suggested.

We did not stay. The photos of the property are deceiving. The outdoor area is very unattractive. Inside the ceiling is low and we found it claustrophobic. We moved our things an and decided we could not stay there, forfeiting both night’s rent. The second night was due at check in, but unfortunately I paid early and was not refunded.

Cute place but needs windows sealed

House was cute, location was great. Unfortunate circumstances that could’ve been mitigated. You could tell there was high insect activity outside, but when we came inside after having been to a wedding, the bed was completely covered in aphid like insects. My partner and I traced them to the bathroom window. There wasn’t much of a seal to keep the insects out.

The listing stated it was a 2 bedroom but it was a only a 1 bedroom. I brought this up to the host and she said to take it up with VRBO customer service. The electricity was off during the day and then the wifi was disconnected

If I could give ZERO stars, I would, due to owner’s lying and gaslighting. Property Details included a “covered carport” for parking. I contacted owner when we arrived as there was a trailer in the carport & vehicle in driveway. Owner went and deleted “covered carport” in the Property Details before telling me she couldn’t find where it was listed. When I sent her the screenshot of the original listing, she responded with offering to park in the driveway behind the minivan when there was not even enough space between the van and sidewalk for a vehicle to fit. Owner NEVER owned up to deleting the information in the Property Details and gaslighting me. Owner only communicated up until the point I called her out on lying about deleting the information. I left after 2 hours (paid for 2 nights) not feeling safe or comfortable since I didn’t know what else she could be capable of. STILL waiting for full refund. RUINED our weekend wedding guests plans, as we had to find last minute alternative. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO DECEITFUL BEHAVIOR.
