Great location

This is a great location if you have meetings to attend at either the doubletree or Wyndham. Nice to have your own apartment and not have to deal with the constant elevator issues at the hotels.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities! Clean, comfortable, and has to be one of the best locations in the city. Wish there was dedicated parking but even without, this place deserves 5 stars! Would absolutely stay here again if ever in Springfield. This place includes one of the most unique and useful amenities I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot! I won’t ruin the surprise, you can’t miss it 😉

Loved this place! Very convenient location within walking distance of the train station and several restaurants and cafes. Spacious and clean, fully stocked up with anything your average traveler might need. Only a couple hiccups. Tv sound isn’t great. The batteries in the fan remote for the main bedroom were dead. And be careful of the smaller shower. It leaks pretty badly bc the door doesn’t seal all the way. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. I much prefer it over a hotel.

Perfect spot for our visit to Springfield

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental is in a great location for walking to multiple historical/tourist sites and was spacious and comfortable for my two teens and myself. Definitely would book again if I return to Springfield.

Great location for convenient dining options and Lincoln attractions. Note there is no parking included. On street parking has two-hour time limits on weekdays. Homeless population in the area made nighttime walks a little uncomfortable. Overall, the building was very safe, incredibly clean and well appointed. Kitchen is an incredible space.

Lack of communication trying to locate the unit, also safety concerns where the entrance blocked by homeless people, did not check in the unit at all. Stayed in a hotel down the street. No parking available 24 hrs within 2 miles away. Needs to State in the add that the parking is not available it's government building parking garage and it's not open on the weekends and cloes at 7PM. Sorry wouldn't recommend this place.
