The shower curtain had mold/mildew and there were trash wrappers on the floor by the dresser and the nightstand. The location is not ideal. There is SO MUCH noise at all times--cars, work trucks, etc. Also, the steps are very steep. It was hard to get in and out of the driveway with the way cars are parked around there at night.
