"The rooms a quite different at this place. I’ve stayed 3 times at a good rate. So I gave it 5 stars for the price. Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat."

"Great spot near the center of town. Clean and quiet, and while not a modern place it has been refurbished and is very clean, nicely painted and a quiet stay. Oh and Karen at reception was very nice and welcoming. "

"The main door into the room has gaps through which cold air was blowing continuously. This made the room very cold. The Aircon did not work properly, as the room was cold I had set the temperature to 28. Unfortunately, it was still cold. One of the thermal blankets was not working. If the above problems are rectified, then it would be an excellent accommodation and great value for money. Overall, it is budget friendly."
