Townhome 5 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

  • Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Perfect place to stay for our visit to Zion. Clean, modern, even better than the pictures in the listing. Right next to a Springdale/Zion shuttle stop, and close enough to walk to the park. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice and comfortable. Furniture and bedding were nice and in a nice location. Clean, well equipped kitchen, having a laundry was a nice perk, close to a market and easy walk to several restaurants. Close to a shuttle stop, but less then a ten minute drive to the park.

The condo had everything we could ask for! Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in both rooms, fully stocked kitchen (which made quick meals easy to assemble), washer and dryer, and it was VERY clean when we arrived. The owners also let us use the parking spot early on the day we arrived which saved us the massive parking hassle that Springdale presents--that allowed us to have an excellent day even before we checked in. Highly recommend and would stay again if we come back.

This property has everything! It is located across the street from a small neighborhood grocery store. It is also next door to Meme’s Cafe and Oscar’s. The property is a short walk to the park entrance and also right around the corner from stop 5 of the Springfield shuttle (if you prefer to ride). The property is very clean and appears new. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds slept well. Huge washer and dryer with this unit. We would definitely stay her again! Highly recommend.

Our townhome in Springdale was very updated and clean! It was in a fantastic location for visiting Zion Natl Park. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location

Property was excellent and as advertised. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen contained everything we needed, and the extensive spice rack was a nice plus. Close to the bus stop (Bumbleberry), which made going to the park entrance a breeze. Steps from a grocery store and right next door to a cute cafe (MeMe's). If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely rent here!

Townhome was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Grocery right next door and next to a cafe with great food. Owners are very responsive and very helpful with questions about the park. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome townhouse close to Zion Park

Awesome place and great location to Zion Park. Springdale had lots of great restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Everything was within walking distance from your townhouse and there was a free shuttle bus that takes into Zion Park since parking is very limited. Overall an excellent place to stay. Only issue was cleaning crew was still working when we checked in at 4pm as they were not informed that we were staying there.

Perfect Stopover!

The condo was the perfect stopover for exploring Zion. It was equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own meals. The grocery store is located immediately across the street. For being attached with other units, it was very quiet and convenient. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The only reason for the 4 rating is that to approach the entrance door you cannot use a roller bag because the sidewalk is made of step stones with large gravel spaces between them. Aesthetically, it was visually appealing but practically it didn't work so well. Great access to Zion (less than 3 minutes) and to the Zion shuttle stop in Springdale.

This is a wonderful property for anyone wanting to visit Zion NP. The owners have thought of everything you would want for a vacation and stocked the Condo with it. Location was fantastic and owners were very attentive and proactive in communicating with us - both before and during our stay.
