The house was very clean, tidy, and cozy. The views from the yard and hillside patio were spectacular. It is very close to the shuttle stop and there are tons of food and drink options within walking distance. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.
Beautiful property with great views and garden. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great location with shuttle to Zion across the street. Would happily stay there again-thanks Jack!
Excellent place to stay when visiting Zion. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the shuttle, shops, restaurants. Clean, comfortable and great communication with host. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
This was a super sweet cottage in the perfect location. The view from the backyard was beautiful. We walked to restaurants and we were in Zion in 5 min.
Our Family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in this cute, historic home. It has modern amenities like A/C and Hot water but retains the charm of the old house. We really enjoyed the location and nice views. It's a hidden gem. I would definitly come back.I had one small request and the host was very responsive.
Our stay was just perfect! The cottage is absolutely adorable, and it was stocked with things we needed. It was in a perfect location right in town near restaurants and e-bike rentals. I highly recommend the cottage.
House is is awesome location, basically in Zion. You can walk to supermarket, and restaurants/bars.Owner was super responsive. Will stay again when we come back!Wi
Everything about our experience at the Cottage exceeded our expectations! From the location to the views and amenities included, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We wish we had stayed longer to truly enjoy this oasis! Jack was a fabulous host with quick responses and ensuring that everything is set for the stay. We can’t wait to come back!
Beautiful Historical Property Conveniently Located
This is a beautiful historical home with a wonderful outside area to relax after a long days hike. It is conveniently located to the entrance of the park. The owners artwork in the home is amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again.
This charming property exceeded our every need and it was truly an experience being surrounded by such lovely home accents. The bedding was very comfortable and the entire premise was exceedingly clean and inviting. We highly recommend this charming site and the owner is responsive and personable.
Loved staying at the Cottage, and Jack is a great host. Great communication and very helpful. The location is ideal - walking distance to food and drinks, and along the shuttle route into the park. View from the cozy sitting area made us feel like we were in the park - awesome!
We really enjoyed this house during our stay at Zion. It was in a great location and had amazing views from the backyard. The check in process was easy and Jack was very responsive when we had questions. It was a great place to relax and get away for a bit with all the comforts of home.
Beautiful cottage and excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the shuttle to Zion. The cottage had everything we needed for our short stay. After long days exploring the parks, we loved sitting on the upper patio looking at the stars and watching the deer. House was very clean and the beds were comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Adorable cottage with excellent location close to shops/restaurants yet felt secluded! This cottage has so much charm including Jack's beautiful artwork. The outdoor spaces are exceptional for eating, relaxing and stargazing from the upper patio! The views and huge boulders in the backyard - my rock climbing son approved! We prepared meals and the kitchen had everything we needed; comfortable beds which was a huge plus for my husband as most hurt his back. Glad there was laundry on site as well as we've come across some without and nice to wash up our clothes post ATV and sand days. Jack is very responsive. So glad we were able to grab this for our stay; Zion and Southern Utah are stunning and we can't wait to return to explore more!
We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect place to relax after a day at Zion. The cottage was exactly as described and close to restaurants and shops. Jack was very quick to respond to messages. Loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
Perfect! The Rose Cottage was the perfect place to start each day and come back to after a day of hiking and exploring! It’s my idea of a slice of heaven on earth, views, patio , location and Jack was perfect host. Hope to return someday!!
So many beautiful places to sit and relax but so little time! Lovely eclectic place inside and out. Convenient walking distance to the local grocery store and many restaurants. Thanks for sharing this little gem with everyone Jack!

We loved our stay at the Rose Cottage. The property is well maintained, clean and has all the things required for a comfortable stay. Best part was the proximity to the park, The garden around the property is just beautiful. The host has done a super job with the landscaping. Don't miss the elevated garden (like a terrace garden), it is in the backyard. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of tea. The view from that place is breathtaking!! We were lucky to see a deer walking around in the near-by area while in the terrace garden.
Loved the Cottage! Great location for our days exploring Zion and enjoying a day in Springdale. Jack was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The cottage itself was excellent for a couple. Very artistic, quiet, well decorated and we enjoyed Jacks paintings. It felt like a step back in time. Clean and well stocked with the necessities. Highly recommend the Cottage.
