All modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. Perfect for guests who love to cook and dine in comfort. Dining tables and chairs inside the home give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. THE 2 BEDROOMs All Bedrooms and Bathroom are on the ground floor. Perfect for elders or disabled family members. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. Let us know if you have special requests. • How far is the home from specific locations?
