We had the best time for Thanksgiving. The house was VERY clean and VERY well equip. We will definitely return. The river was beautiful, we seen lots of mullet, Manatees & babies. The grands and kids enjoyed fishing, kayaking & having fire's. The screen room outside is perfect, with a grill, the long dock was great and made it easy for a few to be fishing at the same time. The location is great. Five minutes down the road from the Weeki Wachee state park. We kayaked from the house to the spring and it was just amazing. The house was clean and well stocked. The property was well maintained and had beautiful plants. We absolutely loved the screened in patio in the back. We used 5 of the provided kayaks and paddled down to the main river everyday several times. We saw multiple manatees everyday but one and one morning we saw 4 right off the dock of the house.
