    Unauthorized parties will have a $1000 fine
    Smoking in the house will result in a $1000 fine.
    Anyone without prior reviews will be subjected to a $200 deposit after booking is accepted

This house was perfect for the 6 of us. It was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh each time we walked in. Check in was super easy. The coffee was a surprise and very well appreciated. The pool and cabana were a refreshing place to unwind after a long day. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!
