We loved fishing from the dock and the kayaks provided. Lots of fun. Also was very close to weeki wachee and pine island beach. Kids liked that it was close to Dunkin and Starbucks. I appreciated it was close to Walmart and Publix. House was perfect w everything you could need including shampoo, coffee pods, creamer, zip lock bags.. things that you might forget. Brian was great w communication and checked in on us to make sure all ok. We loved it and would definitely recommend 5 stars for anyone wanting a nice getaway on the water. ##### Brooke S. Brian was easy to get a hold of and maintained good communication throughout as needed. The property was clean and fully equipped with everything (and more) than we needed for this trip.
