The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. This house is lovely and very well appointed with anything you might need. It was perfect for our group of six. We spent most of our time sitting by the river and watching all the activity going by. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. Highly recommend taking advantage of the put-in at Weeki Wachee state park and paddling the 6 miles back to the house. We had an incredible stay on the Weeki Wachee River, just a short 5-minute kayak trip to the famous Hospital Hole where we got to see manatees up close! The house itself was immaculate and stocked with absolutely everything we could have needed—it was the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. I visited with two friends for a birthday getaway and we were all so impressed with this home. The attention to detail and care that went into this property is so evident. The hosts were very responsive from the beginning. The home is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable, the sheets are high quality. The decor is so fun and cohesive. Everything you could need is available, from kitchen supplies to kayaks and a padddleboard. The location is just perfect, close to everything but still so quiet and peaceful. We have rented the pink one next door 3 x's but I have to say I am in love with the yellow one now! Both are amazing homes with incredible views and so many awesome upgrades. From the moment you drive up to this gorgeous home with its spacious paved driveway you will be smitten. Brand new and with such a fun and happy decor, I loved all the parrot artwork and Jimmy Buffet memorabilia. Truly a tropical ambiance that is balanced with all of the high-end finishes and upgrades in this home. The river is absolutely breathtaking with its crystal clear almost blue/green water and teeming with activity from manatees to all of the paddle boarders and kayaker's. A water playground to be enjoyed. My favorite spot is to get breakfast in the dreamy kitchen and then sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views. The beds are super comfortable, soft sheets, plush towels like you are at a 5-star resort. The lower-level entertainment has a large tv, comfy furnishings, grill, and a tropical tiki with bar that is the essence of the Margaritaville theme. I also really appreciated the Adirondack chairs out back and the cool umbrellas which were perfect for relaxing in. The dock is so nice with plenty of hand holds and a ladder to get out easily. We have already booked again and will look forward to enjoying another amazing time on the river. The owners were kind and accommodating! We really liked being on the river and the many amenities that they have at the house. We experienced a few quirks while staying here: 1) The neighbor constantly had their music playing loudly from 9 am to 9pm every single day (not exaggerating)-this was disappointing for us because we couldn't even hear the sounds of the birds or nature while being on the back deck. 2\. The kitchen is well stocked but with all melamine and nonstick pans. While we appreciate having a fully stocked kitchen there were no non-toxic cookware or dishes available. 3\. There are cameras in the front and downstairs-while I understand the camera in the front, I always find the ones pointed indoors to be uncomfortable-we didn't spend any time in that space due to that. 4\. The house was well decorated with good furnishings but some of the toiletries were so cheap-we bought our own toilet paper because it was sooo paper thin. Also, there are no beach towels as it states in listing- So bring your beach towels. Be careful of the bed corners-those will reach out and grab your shins!!! We really enjoyed the location, as stated it is right down the river from the Hospital Hole. On the last few days of our stay we saw a few manatees. We appreciate how responsive the owners were as well as providing us with a sleeping accommodation for our infant. Thank you! ##### Hannah H. The location is unbeatable—right on the river with beautiful views and easy access to the water. There is a rope swing available to the public a couple houses down in swimming distance that we definitely took advantage of. The house was spotless, clearly very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and new. The vibes were impeccable and you can tell there was not one detail unthought of! We were amazed to see over a dozen manatees, including babies, right from the back dock—such an unforgettable experience! The host, Tonya, was over-the-top communicative and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent here again!
