The house with garden and terrace is situated in the sacred forest of Monteluco, far from the crowds but near the historical town of Spoleto, where theater, music and art converge every summer for the Festival dei due Mondi. A spacious and shadowy terrace is nice and cool in the summer. A two story house, about 90mq, fully renovated, with oak beam ceilings and terracotta floors and antiques is fully equipped. "We are very pleased to inform that we, a Polish couple, spent one week in a house located in Monteluco close to Spoleto in Umbria. It is a very special place on a slope of a mountain with beautiful nature, fresh air and unique atmosphere. The buildings are constructed on medieval caves serving previously monks as a shelter. The house we rented is very comfortably furnished , with small charming garden. People leaving there whom we met are very committed to the place they live. We had wonderful time and recommend charm and quietness of the place. You should anyhow dispose of a car otherwise you should relay on buses with a modest time-table." ---
