This is the front unit of a duplex with an off-street parking space and washer and dryer for guest use.
Check out: Check out is at 11 am, unless we have spoken about a later time. Please make sure the home is locked up, and the lights are off before you leave. Our team will take care of the rest!

Before you head out, we have a few simple requests:
- Gather the used towels and place them in the bathroom
- Consolidate any garbage into one garbage can inside
- Please give any dishes you’ve used a quick rinse. You’re welcome to leave them in the sink or place them in the dishwasher
- Please don’t start any laundry or strip the beds

Pets: Please do not allow pets on any of the furniture. We try to respect the allergies of future guests, and pet hair is difficult to remove. Please also pick up any dog poop from the backyard and place it in the garbage can in the garage. Thank you!
