The two king bedrooms and the queen bedroom are dressed with fluffy down-alternative duvet comforters. Every bedroom—as well as both family rooms—includes a Smart TV with streaming apps and complimentary Amazon Prime Video.
Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, ideal for outdoor dining, grilling, and relaxing together. The deck off the kitchen features outdoor lighting, a privacy screen, and a propane BBQ, overlooking the gently sloped yard with easy stair access.
A short stroll away, Audubon Park offers open grassy areas, mature trees, a playground, basketball court, picnic tables, and more. A picnic basket is provided for your convenience.

If your pup doesn’t quite meet these criteria, feel free to message us— an exception may be made. If your pet is included in the guest count at booking, the fee is already applied. Sorry, no cats due to allergies.

Street parking in front of the home is the most convenient. A small one-car garage is available behind the home and includes a Level 1 EV outlet. (Alley access to the garage is not city-maintained.)

Everything was comfortable and cozy! The home is located right in the middle of any direction you need to go! Host is available and readily to assist if needed. We all enjoyed our stay.
Quaint and welcoming centrally located home. The interior has been completely remodeled with historic charm. The host quickly responded to questions and has set up the home with thoughtful details. It is beautifully decorated and the beds and furnishings were like new. There is lots of natural light and a special sunporch were you can enjoy coffee with a view. Highly recommended!
Close to downtown but in a cute quiet neighborhood. The house looks small from the outside, but it has tons of room inside. The basement was a great hangout for the two kids (11 & 13). There were plenty of comfy beds for the kids and adults. This house exceeded our expectations. It was nice and quiet and we all slept well. Kitchen has all the essentials and there’s a great coffee nook that everyone enjoyed. We didn’t bring our dog, but there was the cutest dog stuff available to welcome your furry friend. Highly recommend this listing!
We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Communication from our host with timely and thorough. Best we have had in our many rentals. There were so many thoughtful touches to ensure our comfort that we felt we were out of town guests and not renters. The home was spotless and kitchen fully equipped. Parking was a breeze with easy on street access. Will consider this our new “go to” when we are in Spokane. The decor was tasteful and furnishings high end. And best of all….great water pressure. Exactly as the listing indicates! We were 2 families in town for a basketball tournament and this was the PERFECT place! Super comfortable beds, the linens were notably wonderful, well appointed spaces throughout the home. We stay in vacation rentals frequently and this deserves every one of those 5 stars! Host was clear, responsive and communicative. Thank you for hosting us, we would absolutely stay with you again !
This was a very homey stay. We walked to the park every day. We came up for our son’s graduation and had all three children, grandchildren and spouses. The son lives here but was able to come for dinner and I was able to cook breakfast for them every morning. Good commodities were available. The four year old grand baby loved the basement because it reminded her of her own room. Everyone was quite comfortable, and it was a great location. The next time we come to visit our son, we will definitely stay there again
Not just a pet friendly house, it’s a family friendly house.
I selected this house because we were traveling with a dog and needed a spot that was pet friendly. But that’s not the only reason to stay here. It was very clean; no signs of previous pet guests. Location is as advertised. Park is close for a walk, but need to be aware crossing the busy streets. Don’t send young kids by themselves. Neighborhood is good for walking with a couple places (coffee/restaurant) close enough to walk to.Not an issue for us, but be aware that the stairs are old and there is only one bedroom/bathroom on the main floor and the washer/dryer is in the basement. Only a problem if there are multiple people in the group who would have trouble with steep stairs. Good professional communication with the owner. Provided all the information I needed and nothing I didn’t. I’d recommend this house to others. It was a great family home away from home for a week.
The stay was great. We traveled with 4 teens and 2 adults for a cross country race. The beds were comfy but pillows were a bit flat. The living room and fireplace were the coziest spot to relax on the couch for a movie! The coffee/tea maker was a hit and meals were easy to prepare in the kitchen!
The house was warm and welcoming and beautiful. We felt comfortable and everything was as described. We had a great time and would definitely recommend. Our dogs loved the yard!
