This house was the perfect size for us, and it was clean, and everything worked well. The kids loved the yard and the hammock hideaway, and it was close to a park down the street. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood that the kids were able to bike around, close to downtown for the parks, children's museum, children's theatre and dining options, and not far from hiking trails and lake activities.
