It is within walking distance of great restaurants, the river, and other downtown locations. That said, it’s also on a pretty gritty street. Everything about the apartment is as shown in the photos and descriptions. It is well set up, has great bathrooms, mattresses, heat, and a nice kitchen. It was also very quiet, considering the location. Communication, and check-in all went very well. The only downside, is that secure parking is several blocks away, which is not always super convenient. The parking was also fairly expensive. This stay is not what we expected due to me being unfamiliar with downtown Spokane. We did not stay due to feeling unsafe and other things, but the owner was great and refunded us some of our money right away. I feel back not leaving total positives because it is not the owners fault, it is just the area. The loft was super cute and once inside it would be fine if others were following the rules. ##### Jennifer B.
