I had zero issues with booking, payments or accessing the property. It is a step up from the typical hotel stay and comes with a full kitchen - sink, dishwasher, four burner stove w/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full fridge - there's also a washer and dryer in unit with two loads worth of complimentary detergent. The location was pretty ideal for our stay. The Riverfront Park and all it has to offer is about a two to five minute walk down the street as well as the convention center and the mall and AMC theater is about a ten minute walk. Checkout was a breeze and all we had to do was load the dishwasher and run it - should there be dirty dishes - didn't even need to unload it. The only negative comment I have isn't so much about the property itself but, planes passing over can be a little loud in the AM when trying to sleep. They didn't bother me and I slept well but, it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper. We expected the photos to be merely representative of our apartment, but in reality they showed our exact apartment. The appliances and furnishings shown in the photos look great, but their actual quality, thoughtful selection and the cleanliness of our apartment far exceeded what photos are capable of depicting. So, we'd give this property 10 stars out of 5 for truth in advertising. The location and neighbourhood in downtown Spokane are excellent, though parking was expensive and a bit inconvenient. Upon check-in, we weren't given any access code and had difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi but friendly calls with the property manager resolved those issues quickly.
