The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Pictures were taken to show property manager. It’s a Basement place with steep stairs. Communication sometimes took days to get replies back. An item was left at the property and I promptly told them that day. I was told I had to wait 3 weeks to get it back. I had family in the area willing to get it but they kept telling me they would charge me to mail it and get back to me with a price. I was never given a price. They finally just put the item outside in the mailbox, when my family went to get the item it was gone. I understand that I left the item but feel like it was not nice to leave someone’s property outside after I was told it couldn’t be give to me because it was locked in a cupboard for safekeeping. I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional manner in which this was handled especially after I stayed in the local area for 5 days after renting the VRBO.
