If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed on the interior of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside in the designated smoking areas.

This house was so cute and convenient! My little dog and I were very comfortable and stayed for 3 weeks. Cute little neighborhood, close to universities and shops. Hope to stay again!

The place is great! We just happened to be in the middle of a heat wave and the single window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom just couldn’t battle the heat. We ended up buying 4 fans (left some for future use) to try and keep the airflow, but in the end it was definitely not fun. Lovely neighborhood and home, so would recommend and stay again during cooler months.
