Private Oasis 5 minutes from the Diocletians Palace

This one-of-a-kind luxury apartment is perfectly located, right above Diocletian's Palace. To reach the coast, you’ll enjoy a short three-minute walk through the most charming part of Split with your family. You’ll enjoy the best view in the city from our spacious (60 m²) terrace. Behind the villa lies the vast Marjan Park/Forest, which offers beaches, hiking trails, and many opportunities to experience the Mediterranean as it once was.
The Space
The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and over 120 m² (1,350 ft²) of living space, plus a huge private terrace and a shared, shaded Mediterranean garden behind this three-apartment villa. When you walk in, you’ll notice the open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on both sides create the feeling of being at one with nature and the surroundings. Our goal was to help our guests experience Split with all their senses, and this apartment is perfect for that. The villa was built to “catch” the breeze coming from the sea, so the entire living area is truly perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and in our Mediterranean garden, you’re welcome to pick some herbs if you’d like to add a special local flavour to your dishes. The open-concept living room can be opened up on both sides facing the sea, so you’ll definitely feel that breeze I mentioned. The layout of this apartment makes it a great place to either entertain guests or take an afternoon siesta. In my opinion, you won’t need a TV while you’re here, but of course, there’s a large flat-screen TV and the fastest commercial-grade internet available for your convenience.
There are three bedrooms in total. All of them are very private, newly furnished, and a pleasure to sleep in. The master bedroom overlooks the old city, the second bedroom has a private exit to the terrace, and the third is perfect for those who like to sleep in, as it’s located in a quiet corner of the apartment.
There are two full bathrooms, and laundry facilities are available in the basement. Air conditioning is available in every room. There is one private parking space for this apartment. It’s also important to note that it has an A++ energy efficiency rating and is equipped with separate trash bins for recycling.

Guests are welcome to use the apartment, its private terrace, and the Mediterranean garden—which is shared with two other apartments and is conveniently located in the shade behind the villa.
