### PENTHOUSE artstudio family-friendly

Welcome to my home! Apartment offers comfortable accomondation for 2 (+2) people in Kman neighborhood located on the 4th floor of a brend new modern small building with an elevator.  
Spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the city, harbor and mountains. Its bright and sunny all day, even in the winter so its suitable for longer stays.  
It is equipped with wifi, washing machine, big TV and ACs. Bedroom has queen size bed and a TV. The old town of the city is 20 mins walking distance.  
  
It is the perfect choice for couples seeking a unique and authentic experience in a prime very quite location. Our new apartment is situated penthouse just a light throw away from all the ‘crowded’ that Split has to offer. We recently interior design it with a lot of love and care, in order to touch the mediteran spirit.
