- Luxury villa Olive Tree is located in Split only few kilometers from the center. It is new villa very modern decorated and located on large private land of more than 1500 square meters surrended by hundreds of olive trees. We have private heated swimming pool only for our guests, few large terraces, barbique area, table tennis, small field for bowling and mini golf, small private football field and even garden only for our guests.
