Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location meant everything in the palace was literally right outside your door. There was also no hidden costs, which we seem to have been surprised with at the end of our stay in a couple of other locations. Make sure the hotel let's you know w how to find it. No direction signs are allowed for any of the hotels in a world heritage site. Lots of good food within 5 mins walk, and have lots of room on youy cameras memory . Very comfortable bed, and modern room. Staff all very helpful. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. I would give that a 5 star rating. The only negatives was the wifi was terrible and the housekeeping was not up to par. My sheets were not change in the 7 days I was there. The floors were never vacuumed and bathrooms were not wiped down. Luckily it was only myself (male) traveling but if I was with my wife, it might have been a different story.
