Maria was so kind and helped us with our luggage, making sure we were comfy in our room on the second floor, which we accessed by stairs. They even provided everything we needed. The room was spotless, the bed was super soft, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The towels were both soft and clean, and the shower was conveniently located inside the jacuzzi.

Beautiful and very spacious room with a jacuzzi tub. Mario and Ana were fantastic and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to both the beach and the palace.

Perfect location and perfect accommodation.

The accommodation was perfect and the service and people associated with this accommodation are amazing. It is in the best location within walking distance to the beautiful parts of Split. Though very prompt with their communication and everything was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport pickup and gave us a map to get around town. We had them hold our luggage on check out day so we could tour the town. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast was not included.

We had a decent experience at the Authentic Luxury Rooms. Neat and tidy little room within a short walking distance of the old town. Our sea view was only viewable from the bathroom, a lovely view when you’re sitting on the loo. We requested a deluxe double bed but this was two singles pushed together and unfortunately didn’t provide good support as the mattresses were too soft for our liking. The area is nice and quiet and close to a grocery store and to Split Ferry Port and main train station, very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic with mini croissants, spreads, a couple of cold meats and some cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices. What really made our experience were the staff, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful, and no request was an inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your excellent and gracious service.

Excellent location for both ferry and bus terminal. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon and was a short walk to Old Town area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Staff communication was excellent with helpful suggestions on how to spend time in Split.

The room was below the street level. The door to the bathroom did not close and it was evident that it had been that way for sometime because there was a patch to the door at the bottom preventing it from closing. The host pretended like it was probably the previous guests who had broken it. We also had an early morning visitor in the bathroom- a snail, crawling around. The host while very friendly just told us that since it was Saturday, they wouldn’t find anyone to fix the door and that it was common for insects and small animals coming to the rooms at that level.

Great location and friendly hosts

A very central location just a few minutes walk from the ferries and the Palace so very convenient for day and evening activities on foot. The room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is buffet style and enough to keep going until lunch. We had a small table and chairs for an outside space which was welcome.

The reception area is about 2 blocks from the actual rooms. You have to take your luggage two blocks and then walk up 3 flights of stairs. Staff was very nice and the room was nice. However, The walk up those stairs was not worth it.
