The staff was excellent, the rooms were fine and the location was great. I usually check places very carefully and was unaware that there are steps leading up to the hotel, and then steps up to the room, and no one was there to assist with getting baggage up. Piazza Heritage Hotel
I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay.
