I stood in the COLD waiting for them for close to an hour, they refused to text me - instead kept calling which was $$$ for me, then instead of apologizing explained to me that they had extenuating circumstances. I didn't warm up u til the next day!!! I paid extra to make things simple/easy and the opposite resulted. The place itself was great. The breakfast was divine. But the customer service - nightmare. "
