He communicated with us prior to arrival and was very helpful. The location was fantastic right next to the market and entrance to the old town. Staff were very friendly. Tony messaged a few days before to ask time of arrival and I was met at the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. There is not somebody there all the time but this was fine. Tony was contactable if you have an issues. The rooms are on the top floor. The rooms were in a very good position just across from the duplications palace. There were a number of supermarkets nearby. Lots of bars and restaurants. It was a short walk of 10 minutes to the port and same to the bus station to get the airport shuttle. Great view from the window. Tony was very helpful during our stay, even meeting us to carry our heavy suitcase up the stairs when we arrived. Room could not be more central yet was soundproof with window closed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and a lot of wardrobe space to hang things.
