"The location, cleanliness, and amenities were excellent! We had a great stay overall. There were just two issues that kept me from giving a full 5-star review: 1. Limited after-hours support: If you need assistance outside of normal business hours, you may have difficulty reaching someone. During our stay, there were no staff on-site, and I couldn't get a response by calling, text, or through the messaging portal until the following day. Fortunately, our issue wasn't an emergency, but it made me wonder what would happen if someone were locked out of their room or had another urgent problem. The AI phone assistant states that all calls and messages are answered between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, but that wasn't our experience. I completely understand not having on-site staff, but I do think the after-hours availability should be communicated more clearly. 2. Very slow hot water: In our suite, it took more than 15 minutes for the hot water to reach the shower. Once it got hot, it stayed hot, so it wasn't a major issue, especially if you know to plan ahead. I'm not sure if this was specific to our suite or a property-wide issue, but it's something I wish we'd known before our stay. Despite these two issues, we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again."

"This hotel was great! We stayed for a short three day trip and it was perfectly located to Upham Beach —which is beautiful. 5 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach equipment, like chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas, which makes things so easy. It’s also walking distance to good restaurants and bars. It was clean, seemed like a new property and was well maintained. The rooms themselves are well designed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again"

"It was a beautiful view or the ocean!! We absolutely loved our stay in 602!! We will definitely be back to enjoy again!! Every day waking up to the ocean view was spectacular! Amenities were amazing, everything was clean and homey which felt like heaven on the beach!!"

"I've been staying in that area for years, but didn't realize this little gem existed! So close to the beach, lots of parking available, and so much better than a hotel! I loved that it had a pool too! Good communication and close to restaurants and bars!"

"Property is almost right on the beach, one - not very busy road to cross to reach the path to the beach. Absolutely beautiful beach. That was most important to us. Rooms were clean for the most part and furniture adequate. No one seems to clean corners and behind doors anymore??? Easy suggestions we would have were a mirror in each of the bedrooms. Maybe some kind of rug at the front door to catch some of the sand. Locks on the doors took more than a minute to figure out, we had to pull the doors took shut tight to get door to open or lock when we left. Once we figured it out, it was easy enough. Our air conditioning was not working properly, but fixed as soon as repair man could get there. WiFi was really spotty - actually we probably could not connect more often than we could. Long review to say this is a very good property, small things could make it excellent. We would rent here again. Grandma, daughter, granddaughter vacation"
