The host accidentally sent the code for our side of the duplex to the customer for the other side. We went ahead and took the one-car garage instead of the two-car garage unit as the other person had already unloaded her stuff. Nice rooms, bed in main suite had a foam topper that still allowed the bed to sink in the middle :( There seemed to be a shortage of wash clothes too. We were in the area for our son's wedding in Pocola, and it was easy to get to Pocola and Ft Smith. The grocery store just a short walk away was also nice. Nice and safe feeling area.

Fantastic property for our needs. We really loved having the garage to use it made loading up for the days adventures, especially with kids, so nice. Close to things but on a quiet street. The Kitchen was great and well stocked, even had a crockpot so you don't have to carry one with you, like I like to do when we travel and are out of the house all day. Everything was great, we would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax each evening after the wedding festivities that we were in town for. The living room is cozy and inviting, the beds are very comfortable and the bath towels are large and fluffy. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely book again! Thank you

Didn’t take a pet, bed was super comfy, if I had any suggestions it would be to take a fan, and coffee stuff, creamer, sugar, or honey and spices if you plan on cooking

This was the perfect place for our extended stay in Spiro. We had everything we could need for three weeks and it really felt like home. It was very clean, up to date, and well stocked on all of the necessities. And oh my goodness is the king size bed comfortable. We loved that it’s close to the main areas but very quiet. Natalie was helpful, responsive, and on top of everything for our entire stay. Thank you so much Natalie! We sincerely hope we get to stay again.

Property was booked and paid for through the VRBO site. We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. I had to speak with 8 different customer service reps including 2 supervisors, all foreign and were very hard to understand. Some said they would call back and never did.The owner of the home was called, emailed and messaged several times by myself and VRBO over 24 hours with NO response. One of the reps told me because I booked 24 hours in advance VRBO was not able to help me and I would have to cancel my res and money was non-refundable. I had to remind them I booked on VRBOs site and they took my money and sent me an itinerary. She transferred me to a supervisor. Finally the last person I spoke with was another supervisor and he had to cancel my reservation 30 minutes prior to us ariiving to the rental home since they couldnt reach the owner. After much irritation and anxiety he gave me a key credit for one free night at a hotel which thankfully we were able to find one that accepted dogs at the last minute. It had drag racing right out front at night so didnt get much sleep. We were just grateful to have a place to stay at that point.This was the second time Ive had issues with Expedia/VRBO. The gentleman at the hotels front desk said they have been having issues with Expedia and their bookings.
