The cabin was clean conveniently located to state parks and other outdoor activities . . The deck and trail behind the cabin were a nice touch . My husband and I were very comfortable there . The two fur babies as well .

We enjoyed our stay here! Being that the weather was so cold we didn't get to enjoy the walking trail behind the home or many other amenities of the area but we still enjoyed the coziness of the cabin!

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was definitely one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever stayed at, which made it feel just like home. The kids loved all the toys to play with. The location right next to the walking path and beach was great for us. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

We had a great time at the cabin and loved the set up with the fireplace for a nice relaxing weekend. The house was really quiet and I loved the walking trail to be able to walk our dogs easily. Definitely a good stay.

Such a wonderful property and location. We had a wonderful week at this cute, clean, quiet cabin. The decor and amenities provided exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for joining the rest of our family in Okaboji. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay /zero issues. It was great that owner allowed dogs I am happy to pay pet deposit but still don’t see where it says it is listed what that fee is ahead of time? It all worked out fine and she was very flexible with our change in arrival time. Would definitely stay here again and plan to in the future as it was perfect for us!

Stayed here for a couple of nights during Thanksgiving break with my husband, 2 kids and our frenchie. The place was cozy, super clean and very welcoming. Easy and fast communication with property manager. Super easy check in and out. The attention to the decorations in the home were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Location

This property has a backyard that looks like a park with the bike trail running just behind it. No need to haul your bike to another location - just jump on and ride. Wonderful for walking too. The host responds quickly if you have questions.

Red Brick Reunion

We stayed three nights and appreciated the closeness to our reunion site, a beach, Walmart and walking trails. The temps were in the 90's so the AC was a must. Everything was clean in the unit, plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen ware. Cute decorations and nice quality of all appliances, furniture,etc.

Super clean, updated and cute

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and loved it! Cozy and private little cabana just close enough to Okoboji, and right across the street from Spirit Lake. The back deck opening to trees was the best. Bed was comfy and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Everything seemed so new and clean. Plenty of appliances and the coffee was appreciated! Floors are a bit noisy, but to be expected in an older house. Would definitely stay again.

Spirit lake weekemd

The space was just perfect for my wife and I, really enjoyed how it was layed out. Chairs on the porch probably need to be replaced, one had frayed webbing and we were not comfortable using it. Screen on sliding back door needs some adjustment as it was not easy to move back and forth. Overall we loved it but a couple of improvements could be addressed. Would stay here again. My rating would be 4.5 stars but that’s not an option, with above improvements definitely 5.

Spirit lake family weekend

House was exactly as advertised, the addresses to the property was advertised in Spirit Lake but was located in Orleans. We struggled to find the correct address when we 1st arrived. Beds were comfortable and place was very nice stayed there with my husband 8, 10 and 12 year old kids. Spent most of our time in okaboji. The kids loved Arnold's Park. Make sure to take pictures of the property before you leave and also when you get there to assure they dont charge you for extra fees after you stay. As thats what happened to us. Maybe document your whole stay just to verify u did nothing wrong. We were charged damaging fees for some scratches that they said we did to some table. So just be aware. Other than that it was great. Won't be staying there again though.
