Once again, our stay at the Belvedere Strand Hotel in Spiez was beyond top class. Meals were exquisite, restaurant staff delightful, attentive & informative. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us out in a difficulty & always greeted us with a smile. The grounds were delightful and the views to the castle & harbour a joy to behold. I adore returning to this beautiful hotel, and when I arrived yesterday, was so happy to be welcomed by Carolina, whose customer service is so outstanding. I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. The entire staff is exceptional-we are so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel in Spiez
